How do I purchase artwork?

Collectors can browse available artworks, add them to their basket, and proceed to checkout. We are currently finalizing our secure payment system, which will support credit and debit cards at launch, with additional options like Bitcoin coming soon.

How are artists selected or approved?

Artists submit their profiles and artworks through our platform. Our internal registrar team reviews all submissions to ensure quality and alignment with our community guidelines. Once approved, the artworks become visible to the public.

Can I follow or support specific artists?

Yes. We believe in building meaningful connections. You’ll be able to follow artists, like artworks, and receive updates as new works are added to their collections.

Is there a fee to join or list artworks?

Signing up and listing your artwork on Mulgong is completely free. We only charge a commission when an artwork is sold. This commission helps us maintain the platform, promote artworks, and continue building features that support our artist community. You'll always see a clear breakdown before confirming a listing or sale.

How do payments and shipping work?

We are launching a secure and reliable payment system that supports major credit and debit cards. Once an artwork is purchased, the artist or gallery is notified and responsible for preparing the piece for shipment. We provide tools and support to ensure a smooth and safe delivery experience for both the artist and the collector.
