Mulgong supports multiple user types:

  • - Artists: May upload and sell artworks.

  • - Curators: May manage or promote artist profiles and collections.

  • - Collectors: May purchase artworks.

  • - Administrators: Platform managers appointed by Mulgong.

4. Artwork Submissions

  • - You retain all intellectual property rights in the artworks you submit.

  • - By uploading content, you grant Mulgong a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and sell your content on the Site.

  • - You confirm that you have the legal right to sell and display the artwork and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

  • - We reserve the right to remove or reject any content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Sales and Payments

  • - Sales of artworks are subject to a commission structure. Mulgong takes a platform commission, and the remaining balance is paid to the artist or curator within 14 business days following confirmation of delivery.

  • - All payments are processed securely. Mulgong is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

  • - Users are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

  • - Mulgong may withhold payments if fraudulent, disputed, or non-compliant activity is suspected.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the unique and original nature of artworks, Mulgong does not offer refunds or returns once a purchase is made. If an artwork is damaged in transit, the buyer must notify Mulgong within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence. Resolution is at Mulgong's discretion.

7. Subscription Plans

Mulgong may offer subscription-based services to artists, curators, or galleries. Subscription tiers, features, and fees are detailed on the Site. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing unless cancelled. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Mulgong may modify subscription offerings or pricing with prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All non-user-submitted content on the Site is owned by Mulgong Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Site content without written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

  • - Uploading fraudulent, harmful, or defamatory content

  • - Using the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • - Interfering with or disrupting the Site or its servers

  • - Using bots, scrapers, or other automated access tools

10. Suspension and Termination

Mulgong reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties. Mulgong does not guarantee its availability or accuracy and is not liable for damages from using or being unable to use the Site.

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Mulgong is committed to upholding your privacy rights, including the right to request deletion of your personal data.

If you wish to delete your personal information from our system, you may request this by contacting our support team at support@mulgong.com. Upon receiving a valid request, we will process the deletion of your personal data.

Please note: Mulgong will retain your personal information for up to 30 days after the deletion request is submitted. This period allows us to finalize any pending transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with legal or financial obligations. After this period, your information will be permanently and securely deleted unless retention is required by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
